The name Jaca is original of a regionalism of the island of Madeira that means small crab.

Honestly the best hostel I’ve stayed at!! The property was in such a good spot and had such a good crew whilst I was there. Can’t wait to come back soon. Big thanks to Kevin and Quincy for making my stay super comfortable and memorable :)) 💛

This stay was nothing short of amazing. The staff, Kevin and Quincy were incredibly warm and friendly. They help create an environment of socialization and fun that truly made my stay awesome. I was lucky to experience pizza night, which was incredibly fun and delicious. The hostel itself was beautiful and very clean, the house vibe makes it really easy to make friends and hangout. The outdoor area was beautiful as well. I could not recommend this hostel more
